History in the making

Hi everyone and welcome to my world of makeup & grooming tips, and the guidelines to the works; what it takes to look good all the days of your life. We are gathered here today not just to read my debut post but for you to be part of the legacy by becoming a pioneer of the hands-on experience of my skills.

The Golden Ticket Willy Wonka Style
Did I just here you say “how”? It goes like this…the first three people to leave a comment with their name and email address will be given a golden ticket for a free makeover. However TCA (Terms & Conditions Apply).

Leggo…

Believe it or not, makeup these days is no more gender specific, more men (no I’m not referring to the gay guys nor the transvestites or drag queens) are taking more consideration into their appearance.

So many leading big names have introduced more makeup for men form Jean Paul Gaultier to Dove to name a few. Please hear me out as I’m not asking any guy to become metrosexual over night but rather make an effort to look more “together”.

The world we live in is a world of vanity, so you can throw the old saying “Don’t judge a book by its cover” out the window. Don’t be fooled by the saying, human beings are not books when it comes to the way we look and how it affects our perception.

A first impression is mainly based on the individual’s looks and is a major factor in how we gauge the person. Psychology studies reveal that first impressions are formed within 7 to 17 seconds of meeting someone; 55% of a person’s opinion is determined by physical appearance. In reality how you look and what you wear could make or break you.

Another survey of 2000 bosses stated, 65% claimed clothes could be a deciding factor between two similar interview candidates and they know within the first 90 seconds of an interview whether they will hire someone. How crazy is that?! A total of 97or so seconds to prove yourself, and justify your many years in school. Somebody please play me Chris Browns “Don’t Judge Me” and turn up the volume up.

Furthermore statistics show that when meeting new people the impact is 7% from we actually say, 38% the quality of our voice grammar and overall confidence and 55% the way we look, dress, act and walk.

Enough said. Looking good is good business so why not make sure you’re fabulous all the time? You can say I am what the Dr. ordered as I will be providing tips for men and women. So guys brace yourself…
Remember, image is everything.
